Once a landmark Pyrmont warehouse, 100 Harris Street underwent a complete refurbishment to house two levels of key tenant WeWork’s commercial share space.

Crone worked closely with WeWork undertaking the design documentation and  delivery of the fit-out of commercial office space within this impressive heritage building. Facilities include open-plan working spaces, private offices, conference rooms, break-out and event spaces. The interior mood is relaxed and less formal than typical workplace environments, aimed at attracting and accommodating small to medium-sized start-ups as well as established businesses seeking a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment for their employees.
