103 Bunnerong Road is a project for four residential towers occupying the corners of a 5-storey podium.

Highly articulated elevations and textured facades were used to create an iconic development suitable for its corner site. Push/pulled floor plates add depth and movement, breaking up the corners, while pops of colour draw the eye.
The angular southern facades create focal points to the site upon arrival.
A palette of materials and colours applied in a different manner across each building creates a family of distinct facades each with its own identity, heightening the level of visual interest. The kinetic facade is complimented by a striking metal clad soffit, catching the eye of pedestrians and encouraging them to look up.
