The site forms part of the Green Square Master Plan and acts as one of the tallest buildings on the southern edge of the precinct which is mainly industrial and commercial. To the north of the site there is dense residential with access to the new Aquatic Centre and Gunyama Park. The articulated facade and flashes of gold panelling create visual interest, while at ground level a cross-site laneway links the surrounding sites. The laneway is activated by food, retail and a series of ‘Urban Living Rooms’ hanging between the new residential buildings. These activity pods tie the two buildings together to bring a sense of community and interaction between residents.
