27-29 Robinson Street is a new 12,600m² commercial office over five levels and procured through a series of competitive Tenders with EPC Pacific and Places Victoria.

Located on a sloping site, the terraced form allows sunlight into the street to the south. Small scale retail outlets activate the footpath and contribute to the Revitalising Central Dandenong Master-Plan’s place-making strategies. Large horizontal shading elements punctuate the north facade, dividing the elevation with a series of distinct urban markers. A fine ceramic frit across the high-performance, double glazed curtain wall creates a delicate diaphanous facade that helps the building achieve 5-Star Green Star, and 4.5-Star Nabers ratings.
