The site is part of a central city precinct on the verge of an exciting transformation as a result the George Street pedestrianisation and light-rail development.

Located between Pitt and George Streets and bound by Goulburn Street to the north and Cunningham Street to the east, the site sits within a mix of retail, commercial and residential developments and has the potential to enhance the social character of the local precinct while responding to an ever-increasing population. Crone’s design includes the addition of 10 new floors to create a mixed-use development: a 38-storey, 29,489m² project comprising 407 hotel suites, 90 apartments and 3,720m² of retail space.
