Zetland, which forms part of the Green Square district, is a key driver for local development, transforming a once barren industrial suburb into a repopulated vibrant mini city. The site forms a crucial piece of the Epsom Road Precinct master plan with the proposed Green Square Aquatic Centre and Gunyama Park to the north and Epsom Road to the south. By dividing the site into a north and south block, each with its own unique planning and language, Crone tailored the build response appropriately.
