This Residential Development consists of four apartment buildings around a tropical lagoon set within a 1.095 hectare site on Queensland’s Great Barrier Reef.

The development contains four individually designed apartment types— The Lagoon, The Waterfall, The Pavilions and The Ocean Apartments. The design addresses a series of ESD principles with north-facing sun and cross-ventilation in all 42 apartments. Inside, the apartments include 8m frameless sliding glass doors and breezeways to allow air flow through all living spaces while the roof-top oasis promotes resort-style living with a series of sparkling pools, sun deck, pool-side bar, lounge, dining and terrace for entertaining.
