Amex is a modest office building that has an extremely efficient and flexible floor plate. A variety of sun shading devices, both operable and non-operable have been cleverly applied to the facades to control solar heat gain. The retail section on the ground floor is not only integrated with the ground floor lobby, but also, with the lobby, acts as a link with the foreshore development of shops and restaurants. The project was delivered by Crone as a joint venture with Cox.
