The Bella Apartments development is a hotel/residential tower located in the heart of Southbank aimed at young professionals.

The podium of the development provides City Road with street activation with the provision of two retail tenancies joined by a central lobby. The tower consists of 33 levels including three levels of car parking and a gymnasium for residents.

The design concept separates the podium from the tower providing a more intimate experience at the ground plane. The tower is separated into two elements giving it a slender, delicate appearance with strong horizontal divisions to define the structure on Melbourne’s CBD skyline.
