Carter Street

The design focuses on creating a high-density active neighbourhood with attractive public civic spaces at the ground plane, and green landscaped podium park.

The two 22-storey towers become beacons for the Carter Street Precinct consisting of a Serviced Apartment Tower on the northern side which overlooks Olympic Park and the Residential Tower on the southern side with framed views towards Sydney CBD and over the new Town Square. The podium presents a playful stepped form with changes in materiality, bringing interest and warmth to the streetscape and activation on ground level.
