It includes a boutique hotel with 35 guest suites, 15 bars, fine dining restaurant, function room, gaming room and a 2-storey night club (Now Mr Wong’s restaurant).
Originally designed as an Emporium and Warehouse for colonial ironmonger in 1895, a fire in 1996 destroyed almost half of the building that now separates it into two portions. The most ravaged area between the warehouse and emporium building left a charred void of jagged walls and original cast iron columns. This space has been enclosed by a highly detailed glass atrium, allowing the 3-storey space to engage its users and reflect on the history of the building.
