Concrete blades pattern the lower floors while highly translucent glass on the main Wellington Street address creates a visual connection to the public domain. A cross-site link bridges between public space and the internal plaza. A side-core and large open floor plates maximise NLA and tenant flexiblility to create modern workspaces. Crone custom designed a grand, double height lobby with elegant marble and timber detailing.
