The KPMG building incorporates 15 levels of commercial office, a roof-top helicopter pad and retail and exhibition spaces on the ground floor.

The building services were individually designed to ensure optimum level of quality and comfort for its occupants. Passive solar design integrates different shading profiles to reflect varied heat loads to various parts of the building. The first office building to achieve a 5-Star NABERS (AGBR) rating, the design addresses architectural and urban development requirements with ESD issues of thermal control, ventilation, acoustics, natural and artificial lighting.
The project was delivered by Crone as a joint venture with Cox. Interior Design by Woods Bagot.
