Lee Wharf is a large scale, urban renewal development on the Newcastle Harbour incorporating the neglected maritime wharves.

It seeks to create a stimulating living, business and recreation environment, by adding depth and dimension to the community fabric with innovative design, environmental sustainability, heritage, visual form and architecture. This project also endeavours to accelerate the program for urban renewal to fulfil the “Better Cities” and Honeysuckle’s vision for Newcastle as well as contributing to the growth, well-being, and emerging identity for lifestyle, business, education and the culture of Newcastle in the new millennium.
