Outdoor landscape areas provide a pleasant outlook and place of respite where workers can connect and relax after a stressful day. By arranging the required GFA in four towers in a butterfly arrangement, Crone created a significant public parkland and piazza retail space that can be used as a performance space or for seasonal events and festivals. Meanwhile each commercial building was designed with large, clear span floorplates to maximise workspace flexibility.
