Converting the 21 level IBM office tower into a luxury high-rise apartment complex with eight floors added transformed the tower into twenty-nine levels of prestigious high-rise apartments.

The conversion incorporated retail and concierge services throughout the podium together with a parking capacity for 265 cars.

The residential facilities include a lavish lobby, fully equipped health club, swimming pool and an elaborate spiral stair leading up to a private mezzanine library. Positioned on the southern end of Sydney’s Harbour Bridge and near to Sydney’s historic Observatory, the tower provides seamless views of Sydney Harbour and the CBD.
