One Melbourne Tower

Located at the intersection of Cecil and Whiteman Street, the One Melbourne T1 podium design is dominated by a crisp, white rectilinear mass, punctuated with window and balcony openings of varying height and width.

The dark tower element appears as an elegant slender form, while the alternating floors plates provide visual relief from the perception of a single floor plate extruded over 37 levels. The varying balcony positions, combined with the initial bold ‘pixel’ concept, disperses portions of block colour randomly across the tower, enhances the variety.
