This project has brought a new life to the former Nock & Kirby Building, a landmark building in the centre of the city.

The existing heritage listed facade on George Street is retained with a new 13-storey commercial development within.
The heritage George Street facade is framed in a contemporary proscenium arch supported by slender columns responding to the neo classical facade.
The building incorporates a dramatic full height internal atrium space. The three levels of off street retail activate this vital precinct of the city. The new grey terracotta facade to the York Street frontage provides the new commercial address for the building.
