Taft East Gate is a mixed-use development located in the Philippines, incorporating a commercial/hotel tower and three residential towers ranging in height from 39 to 49 levels.

It also includes ground floor retail shopping centre and car parking facilities. The residential will cater for more than 2,500 apartments to be staged over a 10 year period.

The “crinkle cut” facade creates a dynamic from on the city skyline adding to appeal of the building in a competitive market. The facade is created by extending the concrete slab of the floor plates becoming useable outdoor space at balconies and used as sun shading devices where balconies do not occur.
