The Boardwalk site is one of many sites that cover an area of 45 hectares adjoining the Newcastle CBD.

The site itself consists of 5,174m² of public domain and a development component of 6,356m² consisting of commercial suites, office space, residential apartments and a mix of waterfront restaurants and cafes with lifestyle retail.
The development incorporates a low-level podium, with basement car parking, two rectilinear commercial buildings and one L-shaped residential building. The waterfront residential and commercial suite buildings are characterised by detailed steel awning structures with wide balconies offering views towards Newcastle Harbour and Nobby’s Head to the east.
