The project is a complete refurbishment of a seven storey heritage listed commercial office building formerly known as Transport House, located in Sydney’s CBD.

The refurbishment of the building to achieve A-grade office space required the extensive insertion of modern services and amenities into the building whilst simultaneously preserving and complementing the heritage features that make this building unique. Modern architectural elements such as steel framed and glazed vestibules, glass stairs, amenities and awnings were introduced into the building to respond to the need for new and improved facilities.

Transport House won the 2012 National Trust of Australia (NSW) Heritage Award for Conservation of Built Heritage.
