This expansion of Wetherill Park Shopping Centre creates new internal streets with finer grained detailing moving away from the traditional ‘retail box’.

The design is focused on providing an enjoyable shopping experience in a safe environment with different meeting places and retail offerings to cater for all sectors of the community, including a public plaza and markets and a youth hub. The centre is divided into precincts, each with a cohesive design language. The development and rejuvenation has enabled Stockland Wetherill Park to meet the evolving and expanding needs of the community. By providing improved retail facilities and a greater variety of outlets particularly for leisure, fashion and lifestyle.
